“I can do all things through Christ
who strengthens me.”
Philippians 4:13
Bishop LeBlond offers a variety of extracurricular opportunities for students who are interested in the performing arts. A musical production is presented each fall and a dramatic production is presented each spring for students interested in acting, as well as the specific tasks associated with putting together these types of theatrical productions - from directing the overall production to participating in a specific component of the same, whether that be set design, props or sound. For those who are musically inclined, (in addition to the fall musical), students are given the opportunity to become a member of Concert Choir and compete in a variety of music contests that are held throughout the school year. There is a Theatre and Musical performance class and an Instrumental Music course.
There were 7 singers who attended the inaugural MEC Fine Arts Festival as members of the very first MEC Conference Choir.
Sopranos - Sonya Hadsall (senior) & Remi Zoubek (sophomore)
Altos - Shannon King (junior) & Allison Stroud (junior)
Tenors - Corbin Estes (junior), Dylan Marmaud (freshman), & Jackson CDeBaca (freshman)
Being a member of this inaugural choir is a great honor.
Corbin Estes was selected through auditions as a soloist for the closing song of the concert.
