Our students are encouraged to get involved in our school faith life community. While you are not required to be Catholic to attend, we find that students of all faiths thrive in our open and passionate religious offerings. LeBlond offers faith development through several avenues.
Mass is often offered at Bishop LeBlond High School 3-4 days each school week. The schedule is posted weekly on our SMORE newsletter and bell schedule. Parents and grandparents are always welcome to attend All-School Mass, which is typically on Thursdays at 10:45am.
Schedule monthly for the entire school to worship Jesus truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament together. During this time, students have the opportunnity to meditate upon scripture and music, go to confession, or pray private devotionals.
In addition to our monthly confession opportunity during Eucharistic adoration, confession is offered most weeks for the student and faculty. The confession schedule is posted in the weekly SMORE newsletter and bell schedule.
Ora et Labora is a student-led group dedicated to promoting and developing the spiritual life of the school. These students plan events and opportunities in collaboration with the high school chaplain that benefit both our school and the greater community.
We offer annual retreats for each grade level. While on retreat, students learn the values of Prayer, Jesus' Plan for Holiness, Vocational Discernment, and Leadership. All retreats will feature:
