Information should be filled out by current students in order to send transcripts to colleges.  Please complete all information in the field below.

Please note: For verification/security reasons, an official transcript usually utilizes the school stamp and is signed. This option is used to send transcripts directly from our school to an employer, post-secondary school, or government agency. Most institutions require an official transcript. If you are requesting a copy for general purposes or for your files, please request an unofficial transcript. This type can be sent directly to you and is not sealed or signed. An unofficial transcript is the default option if an institution’s information is not included in your request.
